Don't. They don't care and aren't going to care.
Look, there's nothing wrong with feeling angry over being treated shabbly by a potential employer. What's important to remember, though, is that it's a very small world out there and you never know who you might run into again.
Such employers, if they cared they wouldn't have treated you like a jerk in the first place. I mean, think about it: what kind of piece of Samsonite do you have to be to let interviewees hang or not return calls/email from them or otherwise be so insensitive? If you were such a person, do you really think that you'd take a bite-me email to heart and say to yourself, gee, I guess I was a jerk? More likely, you'd just write it off as the rantings of someone that we smartly didn't hire anyway and pat yourself on the back.
Let it go. It isn't worth the time or effort. Plus, you might run into someone who reads that email and while now in a position to help you out or hire you will not because of that email. It's truly a small world out there and you simply never know who you might run into again.
